During a routine inspection our client discovered suspicious debris inside of the one of their sealed water bottles. Analytical testing identified the debris as Polyacetal-based material commonly use in plumbing fittings, pump, and valve components. The contamination was caused by damaged o-ring used in one of the industrial water distributors.
