Our client had an Unknown white/silver powdery material they found inside of the “clean room” hood. They requested to identify the origin of the contamination. We conducted analysis and identified the contamination as a mixture of the aluminum metal fragments and Al2O3/SiO2 based ceramic material. Provided results helped our client to link the contamination to the damage of the one of the micro-fans used in the “clean-room” hood.
